Description
JOHN DEERE 235 A very clean JD 235 tandem, fold-up disk. Blades are good front and back, 9" blade spacing. No breaks or welds noted anywhere on this machine. The only flaw I could see during my inspection is the rear cylinder that folds up one of the wings has a leaking fitting (I'm pretty sure it isn't the seal) and there is one broken disk blade on the outside rear. Otherwise, a very clean, very nice tandem fold-up disk. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_210_3572. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions!
