Item payment is to be made at 12544 Carpenter Rd. Milan, MI on Sunday April 12, 2026, Monday April 13, 2026 and Tuesday April 14, 2026 from 9am - 5pm each day. Item pickup can be scheduled once paid in full. NOTE: If paid for on Sunday 4/12/26 item pickup will NOT be available at this location until Monday 4/13/26. All items, regardless of location, must be paid for at 12544 Carpenter Rd. Milan, MI in-person with cash/acceptable check/CC w/ 3% or by wire transfer. CREDIT CARD payments will NOT be accepted for any amount over $2500. Card payments will NOT be accepted for any TITLED/REGISTERED items including (but not limited to) vehicles/trailers/boats/ATVs/UTVs/snowmobiles. For items not located at 12544 Carpenter Rd. Milan, MI - previews must be scheduled with the auction co. unless otherwise stated in the item description. Pickup of items not located at 12544 Carpenter Rd.
