1993 JOHN DEERE 3970 This little chopper is coming off of a local ranch who has upgraded to a new chopper. There are a few spots of repair that you can see in the photos and video. Includes the 3R30 row crop header as well as the control box. Everything works as it should. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_258_0778. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions!
