1984 MASSEY FERGUSON 250 MF 250 Diesel 2WD tractor, six speed synchro, loader is plumbed into the single remote on the rear of the tractor and the valve is held open for operation, PTO (this is not a live PTO tractor), three-point. Tractor starts, runs, clutches, shifts, steers and brakes as it should. Loader appears to be "tight" without any play in the pins. Rear rubber is showing some weathering and cracking, front rubber is good. Additional questions can be directed to the owner or the auction company during normal business hours. Owner can be reached at 970_209_7577. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and completes the Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX - NO EXCEPTIONS!
