OGDEN METALWORKS 12 WHEEL This looks like a very clean Ogden rake. The front, right wheel has a few tines missing but the other wheels all look like the tines are all intact. Hydraulic fold with a shutoff for each cylinder so you can operate either side independently of the other, if needed. Good hitch. I did note one repair on one of the wings (see pics and video), otherwise it appears to be very straight and clean. If the item qualifies for the Colorado ag exemption AND the buyer wishes to claim the ag exemption, sales tax can be reduced if they provide the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit (this will be attached to the successful buyer's invoice from the auction company). Please note that these items are located in Montrose County, which does NOT exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax. As such, completing the Colorado affidavit will remove 2.9% state sales tax but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collection - NO EXCEPTIONS!
