Items in this online only auction begin closing on Sunday 9/20/26 at 7pm eastern time. Items may be viewed in person on Thursday 9/17/26 from 9am-3pm at the Ottawa Lake Co-Op - 7433 Lynch Rd. Ottawa Lake, MI 49267. This is the ONLY time items may be started, DO NOT ask Ottawa Lake Co-Op staff for keys outside of the preview day. There is NO SHIPPING available for this auction. Payment and Pickup - TUESDAY 9/22/26 from 9am-3pm at the Ottawa Lake Co-Op - 7433 Lynch Rd. Ottawa Lake, MI 49267. Payments accepted in person are cash, and good check. Any check over $3,000 must be certified funds. NO CREDIT CARD payments will be accepted for any titled vehicles, trailers, utv's/atv's. Invoices will be emailed out to buyers approx. 1 hour after the final item of the auction sells. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the invoice in your main mailbox. We will have a loader on-site for checkout day. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 3pm on 9/22/26.
