EVERSMAN 329 329 Eversman landplane, no dolly on the front, does have smoother bar on the back, box looks to be in average condition. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_361_5008 (cell) or 970_859_7201 (home). Owner states he can deliver equipment for a fee if the buyer is interested. Loading assistance is available BUT MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. Equipment must be removed by 12/31/25 as property has been sold. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer wishes to claim this as an ag exempt purchase AND provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9%. However, Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm equipment from the collection of sales tax.
