The International 544 is a compact utility tractor produced from 1968 to 1973. It features a 4-cylinder diesel engine producing about 44 PTO horsepower. Combining row-crop adjustability with a higher utility-style stance, this tractor offers excellent ground clearance and adjustable rear wheel spacing to accommodate a variety of crops and field conditions. This International 544 Row Crop/High Utility Golden Demonstrator is an extraordinary and one-of-a-kind tractor-the only Gold Demonstrator produced in this model. Truly one of the only known to exist. Originally sold in Maine and later used on a Tennessee cattle ranch, its true Golden Demonstrator status was confirmed when gold paint was revealed under the red hood.
