This John Deere S780 STS combine has been thoroughly serviced and inspected and is ready to go to work. The machine recently completed a full dealer Performax inspection along with extensive mechanical, bearing, belt, auger, and drive system service. Major work includes replacement of the front rotor bearing, shoe eccentric and shaft bearings, clean grain lower auger, clean grain elevator belt, upper feeder house drive bearings, debris management idler and tensioner, and multiple drive components. The engine fan belt system was serviced including pulleys, idlers, tensioner, and belts. Numerous chains were adjusted to correct tension and alignment. A complete filter and fluid service was performed including engine oil and filter, fuel filters, hydraulic and hydrostatic filters, engine and cab air filters, and DEF system service. The combine was washed, software and Gen 4 controllers updated, and factory shoe calibration completed. Battery disconnect switch was replaced and electrical system checked.
