2006 DEERE 700J LGP Deere 700J LGP dozer with the 6.8L Deere diesel, hydrostatic drive, six-way blade, 30" steel tracks, winch and cable on the back and showing less than 5200 hours. Machine starts, runs, steers, "shifts" (hydrostatic) and generally operates as it should. Very minimal blow by coming out of the breather tube. Glass and cab are clean. This little dozer is coming out of a local construction company that is down-sizing some of their equipment on this auction. Additional questions can be directed to the owner during normal business hours at 970_417_6133. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions.
