2004 Great Plains 3N-3020-P

Description

This is a very nice 3020P drill from southern York County. This drill has 48 rows with precision, seeding roller meters installed. The meters are able to singulate soybeans and a variety of other crops with very accurate spacing. The openers have double discs with a leading edge for good seed to soil contact. This drill also has frame mounted coulters for penetration in tight soils. For closing, there are two - 1 X 12 cast press wheels. The drill has 2- 15 foot sections controlled by a switch box in the cab. it also has a seed tube sensor on each row for notification of a blockage and are monitored with the included Dickey-John monitor. This drill does a very nice job with keeping even depth since it has gauge wheels on each row and the meters do an excellent job with singulation. Recommended horsepower would be 250 and above.
