2004 DEERE 320 This looks like a clean little JD skidder, hours are believed to be actual. Owner has used this for general purposes around his feedlot but has upgraded to a newer skidsteer. The pins and general operation of this machine appear to be very tight. Tires are showing quite a bit of wear and will need replaced soon and seat is showing some wear. Machine was always shedded when not in use. Owner used his wheel loaders for most of his loader work which kept this machine at low hours. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX.
