The Farmall 1456 is a large, heavy-duty farm tractor built from 1969-1971. It's powered by a turbocharged IH DT407 6-cylinder diesel making around 130 PTO horsepower, designed for serious tillage and field work. The Row Crop version of the tractor was favored in the midwest corn and soybean growing states. The 1456 features a gear transmission with optional Torque Amplifier, 1000-RPM PTO and strong hydraulics. It's best known as being the "big muscle" in the IH line and of course, it's classic late-1960s IH styling. This beautifully restored Farmall 1456 is a true IH icon with both history and muscle to match. It runs and operates exactly as it should, featuring an excellent, high-detail restoration with automotive paint, straight sheet metal, and classic IH styling. Well-equipped with dual PTOs, three-point hitch, weights, and premium tires. This 1456 is equally at home as the centerpiece at a show but will go to the field in a second!
