Description
WEED BADGER 4020 Weed Badger with three different head attachments, includes two control boxes, requires 540 PTO and Cat II three-point hitch. Looks to be complete and in good condition. Additional questions can be directed to the owner's representative at 970_210_3572 during normal business hours. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions.
