2012 KUHN KRAUSE 8200-25W Please read sales tax information below prior to bidding. 25' Kuhn-Krause tandem fold-up disk, good tires all around, 19" front disks, 21" rears, 9" spacing, hydraulic leveling, hydraulic locks for transport. No welds or breaks were noted during inspection, owner's manual included. This looks like a very nice disk. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. If buyer requires disassembly of equipment for loadout, it will be billed at the rate of $150/hour with a two hour minimum and must be paid before equipment will be loaded. This can be included on the buyer's invoice at the buyer's option. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and completes the Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove state sales tax of 2.9% BUT MONTROSE COUNTY SALES TAX OF 1.75% MUST STILL BE COLLECTED AS MONTROSE COUNTY DOES NOT EXEMPT FARM MACHINERY FROM THE COLLECTION OF SALES TAX - NO EXCEPTIONS!
