1946 JOHN DEERE A JD A with the narrow front, all new rubber on this tractor and it looks like both rear rims and one front rim were new with the tires. Owner states that this tractor did run a while back. We did not try to start it on the day of listing, owner said it hasn't ran in a while and will need a little work to get it going. Loading assistance is available with at least 24 hours advance notice. Sales tax at the rate of 4.65% will be added to the purchase price of this item unless the buyer claims this as an ag exempt purchase and provides the auction company with a completed and signed Colorado ag exemption affidavit. This will remove Colorado state sales tax of 2.9% but Montrose County sales tax of 1.75% must still be collected as Montrose County does not exempt farm machinery from the collection of sales tax - no exceptions.
