We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

We're seeking a passionate Technical Product Manager to build strategic partnerships and seamless integrations that unlock the power of our proprietary dealership enablement tools. You'll define the vision and roadmap for the Tractor Zoom technical platform, driving value for our customers and maximizing ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of product management, technical integrations, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to bring data-powered integrations to market. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and reliable problem-solver.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy for the technical platform, including integrations.

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and adoption of technical solutions for efficient and secure data exchange between our product and various third-party systems.

  • Identify customer needs and pain points related to existing and new integrations, translate them into actionable product requirements, and champion the customer voice within the product development process.

  • Ensure integrations and the technical platform are stable and standardized, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across the product.

  • Leverage analytics and product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform integration strategy and roadmap development.

  • Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration development, launch, and adoption of solutions.

  • Communicate progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience in technical product management.

  • 4+ years of experience in technical product management

    or related fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written), with experience in communicating technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams alike.

  • Able to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on product specifications, while acknowledging trade-offs.

  • Passion for data driven innovation and solutions for dealers.

  • Outstanding project and time management skills.

  • Dealership knowledge or experience working with dealers (preferred).

  • Previous startup experience desired.
