We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

Tractor Zoom is searching for a self-motivated and proactive Customer Success Representative to join the CS team focusing on our Financial Institution Partners in the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Post-sale activities as part of our customers’ journey, including initial onboarding, strategy, QBRs, expansion and retention

  • Develop roadmaps, onboarding and training materials, project requirement documents and other documentation to ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing usage and value realization

  • Develop documentation to communicate ROI to your customers

  • Proactively question and listen to customers to discover new pain

  • Travel onsite to ensure adoption and provide customers any assistance to get to value as soon as possible

  • Work with Product to inform future functionality and solutions

  • Building meaningful relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to support and provide consultation

  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewals, and growth opportunities and translate them into strategies for success

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience working in Customer Success, preferably at a B2B SaaS company

  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written skills

  • Incredibly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure and exceeds targets

  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture or heavy machinery market is a plus

  • History of exceeding goals and defined targets

  • Inquisitive nature with empathy for customers’ pain
