Tim leads embedded finance workflows at Tractor Zoom, bringing over 20 years of experience in equipment lending. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with OEMs and dealers across the United States to grow lending programs, integrate technology, and automate equipment finance workflows to deliver faster, more intuitive user experiences.
In addition to traditional lending leadership, Tim has helped stand up captive finance companies at several venture-backed organizations (Black Buffalo 3D Finance, Machinery Partner Capital), gaining hands-on experience with emerging technologies and modern financial infrastructure. Most recently, he worked alongside an AI-powered credit underwriting platform (Kaaj.ai), deepening his expertise in next-generation credit technology and the practical application of AI in lending today.
