Leading talent acquisition and development
Matt serves as an HR Generalist at Tractor Zoom, where he leads talent acquisition and talent development initiatives while supporting the company’s broader human resources needs. He brings extensive experience in recruiting and employee engagement, having previously held talent acquisition roles at The Accel Group and GuideOne. Matt spent the majority of his career at American Equity, where he served as a Talent Acquisition & Engagement Partner.
Matt is a proud graduate of Iowa State University, earning a degree in Speech Communications. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, Hallie and Kylan, and cheering them on at their many sporting events and activities.
