Social Content Creator Intern

In this role, you will assist in the development of social media content that helps Tractor Zoom increase brand awareness, encourages engagement and interaction, builds positive brand sentiment, and helps bring the Tractor Zoom brand promise to life. You will collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to identify and create static and animated social media content, as well as short-form videos that will be distributed across the company’s website and social media platforms. Being a self-starter and utilizing performance data to drive continuous improvement is essential to this role.
Collaborate with the Tractor Zoom team and subject matter experts to create compelling, shareable short-form video content
Support day-to-day video capture and post-production editing needs
Participate in regular content brainstorms and provide content ideas that align with the company’s brand, target audience, and goals
Provide photo editing and retouching support as needed
Willingness to travel (locally) to capture image and video assets on-location
Work to complete projects on time and within budget
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
Training in graphic design with demonstrated skills in photo and video editing
Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable with platform best practices, asset specifications, restrictions, and content guidelines
Understanding or willingness to learn social media creative trends
Ability to work effectively alone (self-motivated) and as part of a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business, Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field of study
Junior or senior preferred
Collaborative team player
