Tractor Zoom is searching for a self-motivated and proactive Account Executive to join the Sales team focusing on the Ag Equipment Dealer market in the US. If you are an Account Executive experienced in SaaS companies and would like to take a step forward in your professional career, come join the Sales team at Tractor Zoom! We are building a world class sales team right here in Des Moines while creating value for our customers as their trusted advisors.
You are a hunter who thrives on creating new pipeline
You will lead all pre-sales activities as part of our customers’ journey, including initial outreach, discovery, value pitch, and closing
Use Tractor Zoom’s dedicated sales processes and tools, determine and recommend opportunities for pursuit
Build meaningful relationships with customers at all levels, including C-level Executives, as a trusted advisor to support and consult with
Perform online demos, share the value of our solutions to prospective customers tailored to their business challenges
Collaborate with leadership to determine requirements and/or specifications, build a customer value proposition, identify win themes, and create strategy and plan for closing
Engage in activities focused on generating market awareness and/or demand for our products
Work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding, supporting the development of long-term, successful customer relationships
At least 3 years of experience exceeding quota as an Account Executive, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
Proven experience and success in hunting for and landing new accounts while driving value, crushing numbers, and creating a meaningful rapport with champions and key stakeholders
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills
Incredibly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure and exceeds targets
Strong knowledge of the agriculture or heavy machinery market is a plus
