In this role, you will be responsible for helping amplify and strengthen the Tractor Zoom brand by bringing its brand promise to life. You will reinforce a new visual identity that grounds our brand strategy, generate content and assets that promote our brand, and execute creative consistency across multiple channels to build trust and positive brand sentiment. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into designs that resonate with our audience. The successful candidate will have a portfolio that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary designs depending on the project or medium.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing the day-to-day work needed to help Tractor Zoom increase its brand awareness, encourage interaction, and build brand advocacy, ultimately helping the brand realize its full potential.
Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to execute the creative vision for the Tractor Zoom brand
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software programs to develop graphic designs that meet business goals
Ensure designs meet brand standards, express messages accurately, and represent the company appropriately
Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team and external partners, ensuring deadlines are met
Participate in regular content brainstorms and planning sessions, providing content ideas or creative executions that align with the company’s brand, target audience, and goals
Support day-to-day content creation including graphic or template development, video capture, and video post-production editing or animation needs
Build upon current knowledge and understanding of emerging trends and technologies, and institute best practices for digital and traditional marketing products
Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field of study
2+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising working in a creative or design team, at agency or in-house
Command of Adobe Creative Suite; must be skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro also desired
Proficiency of visual systems and structures including typography, design, photography, and videography
Passion for brand, design, and leading-edge digital experiences
Self-motivation and a positive interaction with a wide range of individuals is expected
An impressive portfolio of work that features how campaign work was executed across a variety of mediums
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus but not required
